Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins:
- For purchase contracts for a single item: on the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) take(s) possession of the goods.
- For orders involving multiple items delivered separately: on the day you or a third party designated by you receive(s) the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to the address provided by us within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
